Which products are covered by my insurance?
Coverage for products is usually based upon medical necessity determined by your insurance company. Please contact us with the specific products you need, so we can work together to determine your individual insurance coverage and coordinate necessary documentation with your insurance carrier.

Do you have all available products listed on your website?
If you can’t find what you are looking for on our website, simply email or call us so we can check our inventory for you. Can items be returned?
According to state law, the return of all nutritional products, items contained in sterile packaging, food items, and items worn next to the skin is prohibited. Therefore, due to state mandates, and for the safety and health of our customers, Star Medical Specialties is unable to receive any returned items.
What do I do if the product I need requires a prescription?

Medicaid, Medicare, Parkland KidsFirst, Parkland Healthfirst, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Bravo, Cook Children’s Health Plan, Texas CSHCN, Aetna Medicaid, Aetna CHIPS, Molina Health Care, Superior Health Plan, El Paso Health First, Tricare, New Mexico Medicaid, and WIC. If you don’t see your insurance company listed, call us first as are always adding new coverage or we can often bill out-of-network. We also accept cash or credit card payments.
