Sautéed Spinach with Garlic
Try this nutrition-packed vegetable side dish at your next gathering!
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound spinach, washed and stemmed
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Lemon juice, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
Add garlic; saute until golden, about 30 seconds.
Add spinach and stir until wilted, 3-4 minutes.
Season with crushed red pepper, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
